These terms are published in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

What This Site Is For

This site provides product and trade information about the Thblet range of Schedule 0 complementary medicines (health supplements) containing cannabidiol and terpenes.

It is intended mainly for healthcare professionals, pharmacies, wholesalers and other trade partners. Members of the public may also view it, but the information is presented for a trade audience.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. The information is general product and trade information only and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

We make no claims about the products beyond what is stated on the product label.

Age Restriction

Thblet products are not for sale to persons under the age of 21. This site is not directed at anyone under 18.

No Sales or Offers

This site does not sell products. It does not show prices, take orders or accept payment, and nothing on it is an offer to sell.

When you send a trade enquiry, you are asking us to contact you. An enquiry is not an order and does not create a contract. Any supply, pricing or trade terms will only apply once they have been agreed separately in writing.

Accuracy and Changes to the Site

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date. However, product details, pack artwork and availability can change, and the site may not always reflect the latest version. If there is any difference between the site and the product label, the label applies.
